As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and charged your credit card for the purchase.
We strive ship orders as soon as possible. Typically, if your order is received by 10am PST, it will ship the same day or by the following business day. During times of high order volume, orders may take slightly longer to process and we ask that you allow up to 3 days for order processing.
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We take every precaution to ensure orders are not damaged during shipping. However, if you item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to email@example.com and we will ship a replacement product on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled up until the time that they leave from our warehouse. Please contact us as soon as possible after ordering if you wish to cancel your order.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
